30-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this period by an additional 16 days, giving you a total withdrawal period of 30 days. This voluntary extension does not restrict any of your statutory consumer rights.

The 30-day withdrawal period begins on the day:

• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods; or
• where several goods from one order are delivered separately, on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may contact us by email, through our contact form, or by post.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but using the form is not mandatory. You do not need to give a reason for your decision.

Contacting our support team for troubleshooting is optional. You may exercise your right of withdrawal without first completing troubleshooting or obtaining our approval.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal statement before the 30-day withdrawal period expires.

Returns and Return Address

After you notify us of your withdrawal, we will provide you with the applicable return address without undue delay. Please do not send the product to our registered business address unless we have confirmed that it is the correct return address.

Depending on the product and fulfilment location, the applicable return address may be located outside the European Union, including in Hong Kong.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this 14-day period expires.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your radio is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you find an appropriate solution, such as troubleshooting, repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.

Returns involving a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed product are not treated as ordinary change-of-mind returns. Where required by applicable law, the appropriate remedy and necessary return shipping will be provided without additional cost to you.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of express, premium or another more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged a reimbursement fee.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Loss of Value

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, where legally applicable, to:

• goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.
